Brighten Your Home, Lighten Your Struggle. Cleaning for a Reason provides the gift of a sparkling and clean home at no cost to cancer warriors. Amidst the fight of their lives, the last thing these fighters need to be stressed with is a dirty home. A clean home is not just checking something off these families' to-do lists, but can be a powerful thing to improve the patient's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Cleaning for a Reason partners with a trusted network of residential cleaners, cleaning industry volunteers, and community volunteers to help lessen the burden for patients and their loved ones. Since 2006, Cleaning for a Reason has proudly extended over 65,000 acts of cleanliness across all 50 states and Canada.
How Does it work?
Go to www.cleaningforareason.org and fill out the application to be matched with a local provider! If you are a loved one of a cancer patient you can also feel out the form for your loved one. Once you are matched witha provider you will be provided one cleaning a month for two months.
